Building Our Ryan Home: Week 2
Our Project Manager (PM) told us last week there wasn't much on the schedule for week 2. Now that the basement has been poured it will need time to set. We weren't expecting too much of a change when we checked in this week but there were a few changes.
First, we noticed the dirt had been filled in around the foundation. Last week, we commented that the house looked really high up, with the dirt filled in, it looked a lot more "normal". Dirt had also been filled in the garage and the front porch. Finally, some stone had been added to the bottom of the basement.
Week 2 seems to be pretty anticlimactic, but we know week 3 is going to be a little bit more exciting! Our PM informed us our framing will be delivered on December 26th (MERRY CHRISTMAS TO US!) which hopefully means we will see some big changes during our check in next week.
